I’m not one to ever leave a bad review, but my experience with this company was truly so dissatisfying and completely unprofessional. I was told one thing over the phone and at the end of the service I was charged something that I didn’t agree with and when asking for a receipt he said he couldn’t give me a detailed receipt at the time bc he wasn’t at the office. But mind you he already had the total amount ready and added up and he was ready for me to pay. I’ve never experienced a company not being able to hand you a DETAILED receipt of what is being charged at the time of payment. He took my card down to charge me and turns out he missed a number so I went into the office and to pay my balance and this is were things got nasty I started questioning the charges that were being charged, and as a paying customer I have every right to ask what I’m paying for or being why I’m being charged this amount if I was told something else bc I am a paying customer and he was so rude about it saying he never said this or that and I was genuinely so baffled because why would I be making things up I was willing to pay I just wanted to know why it was so high of a price and he started raising his voice and I did to and we were just going back and forth until I was so upset I just paid and left because there was no talking to him (Dave) , he was so rude and under minding me I can’t state that enough, never have I been treated so horrible. The customer service was beyond rude and unprofessional. All I have to say is I would not recommend them. And make sure you read reviews before hiring them. That was my mistake.

I mention my water pump wasn't working, they fixed that, too. Everyone was friendly,  caring, efficient and extremely giving of knowledge and expertise. All this in 2 hours. I will be back. I was traveling and they were able to take me right away and fix my problem. I would highly recommend this place. We were going to be passing through Lynden on our way to Redwood National Park and hoped to get our RV A/C repaired so we called Saturday morning and made an appointment.  We showed up at 8am Monday morning.  After 10 years the A/C was beyond repair.  Ocean West diagnosed the problem, had a new A/C unit in stock, installed it and got us on our way before lunchtime.  Thank you!  Great folks giving great service!
